From precise 45\u00b0 bevel cuts to complex geometries using the <strong>ABP\u00ae process<\/strong>, MicroStep has solidified its position as a&nbsp;leader in efficient and reliable laser bevel cutting. All laser bevel heads are fine-tuned using <strong>ACTG<sup>\u00ae<\/sup><\/strong>, MicroStep\u2019s industry-leading auto-calibration system.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Teasing the New 35 kW Drilling Head<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>In addition to laser, plasma, oxyfuel, and waterjet cutting, MicroStep also offers integrated <strong>marking, drilling, and milling<\/strong> solutions. At LAMIERA, the company offered a&nbsp;sneak peek at its upcoming <strong>35 kW drilling head<\/strong> with milling capabilities, set for official launch in <strong>September 2025<\/strong>, just ahead of <strong>FABTECH Chicago<\/strong>. The new spindle enables high-performance drilling from <strong>\u00d8 5\u201325 mm<\/strong> with carbide bits, up to a&nbsp;maximum <strong>\u00d8 40 mm<\/strong>, featuring ultra-fast chip-to-chip times, a&nbsp;high-speed pressure foot, and advanced software for <strong>autonomous drilling<\/strong> operations.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.pmsl.sk\/microstep\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/05\/aG4PPZ-f0-57027.jpg\" width=\"100%\" alt=\"\"><br \/><strong><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Strong Presence, Strong Partnerships<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Throughout the event, MicroStep welcomed a&nbsp;steady stream of visitors \u2014 from long-time partners to new prospects. Our team included also our <strong>CEO Eva Stejskalov\u00e1<\/strong> who was present for all four exhibition days, bringing her invaluable experience and vision to the table.<\/p>\n<p>The Italian market demonstrated strong interest in MicroStep\u2019s modular, highly automated solutions.
